Osoyoos Window Cleaning specializes in residential homes, commercial buildings and low rise strata buildings. I work up to 2 stories high with traditional tools and ladders and reach 3rd and 4th floors using other methods.
 

1. Every window starts with a sweep of dust and debris from the tracks and around the frames.
2. An assessment for hard water stains is  done and treatments implemented accordingly.
   
3. A vigorous soap and water window washing follows.
   
4. Then the dirt and water is completely squeegeed off. The edges of the windows are wiped with a cloth to remove the final traces of water.
5. If needed, razor blades are used to remove paint and stubborn spots.
   

I clean taller buildings or other hard to reach windows standing on the ground with a water fed pole. This scrub and “spot free rinse” system uses advanced filtration to purify the water before pumping it to the glass.

With the water fed pole all frames and sills are thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed before washing the window. This makes your windows look great and helps ensure the streak free results that will leave you satisfied.

High windows with a difficult level of dirt build up can still be cleaned effectively using water fed pole equipment by doing a soapy pre-scrub before brushing and rinsing.

Every screen that I handle is whisked with a fine dry brush at time of window cleaning.  As an extra service screens can also be gathered together then scrubbed with suds by hand and rinsed with a hose. This brings them back to new if they have a dust build up. Water stains or UV bleaching on screens are a bit more tricky to fix.
