Some basic pricing guidelines are as follows:
If you want to estimate the cost for your window cleaning yourself use the following general guidelines:
A standard window typically found in a spare bedroom (2 panes, one that slides) is $3 for both panes when standing inside. The same again for exterior side but a fee will be added if a ladder is required.
For other types of windows use the examples in the image below:
1, 2 and 3 are $2 each.
4 and 7 are 75c per square.
5 is $1.
6 is $3 (taller or wider).
8 and 9 are $3 each (taller or wider).
Very large panes can be up to $6 or even $8.
If I need to climb a ladder between $1 and $5 will be added depending on the size and height of the window. (Obstacles such as bushes or severe side slope increase the fee for ladder use).
If you have hard water stains I will attempt a quick removal for free. If they are persistent and numerous there will be a fee to treat them.
Screens are cleaned by collecting them all then taken outside to be scrubbed and rinsed with a hose. This usually costs $20 to $30.
